We stayed here 1 night after our trip to Great Wolf Lodge. Next time we will stay here for more days. We enjoyed the kitchen and clean room.

Everything was great! We were traveling through and it was just off the interstate. There were a few kids basketball teams staying at the hotel and we did not hear a thing! That was pretty surprising. Very clean and well maintained.

Clean and Quiet
Amazing and friendly staff! The staff who stocked and cleaned the breakfast area were amazing and were so nice, they deserve a shoutout for how good of a job they did. The hotel was very quiet and the rooms and hallways smelled fresh and clean. The only complaint we have is the mattress was a bit worn and could use replaced.

Good Family Hotel
Clean hotel. Rooms provide enough space for family. Quite even through the New Years Eve holiday. Very close to Kings Island. Several restaurants are conveniently in walking distance.

The front desk woman was horribly rude. I waited for quite some time before being greeted. She Came out of a back room and looked as though she was sleeping. She asked for my Id then asked for my name which was strange. She told me I didn't have a reservation, when I offered her the confirmation # after a few minutes she said she had found it. Overall the interaction wasn't very pleasant.

This is a fabulous hotel. It was clean, spacious, great location, and great amenities. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The staff goes above and beyond and hopefully corporate recognizes it. Great job Residence Inn!!!

I was able to check-in early and got a text as soon as my room was ready. Took less than 2 minutes to get my key cards and room number. Super friendly, professional and fast. The room is great and spacious!! Will definitely stay here again!
