We have stayed before at other rentals for this host and all stays have been great. Clean, good communications and has worked well with me for adding on days of stay if able.
This property was exactly as advertised. The property manager, Seth, provided clear instructions prior to arrival. The home was clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood, easily accessible and most importantly, convenient to downtown! The floors are carpeted which was great since we like to kick our shoes off immediately upon entering the house! (This is the lower unit, and we were not sure that the upstairs unit is carpeted, as we heard every step those occupants took. But, since we didn't spend much time in the house this weekend, it was okay.) The kitchen is spacious, with plenty of counter space. There is a full washer and dryer in the basement, that is accessible by both units. There is an iron, but we couldn't find an ironing board. We really liked the garage availability, so that we didn't have to park on the street. Overall, we both gave this property a thumbs up. The cost was comparable to many hotels that we checked, yet we got so much more space and privacy for our money. See ya next year, Seth!
The unit is one half of a house in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean & comfy & included everything we needed. We made use of the dog park half a block away.
Everything was pretty well taken care of had a no about the TV not fully operational what had brought my Alexa cube so that way I could’ve watch TV during my stay but I believe that was a more me issue possibly communication because I don’t have any services, so therefore, I could not sign into the accounts, the services that they had

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication, location
Clean and tidy as advertised, just not secure
Interior matched expectations, except that the unit was on the first floor and none of the windows locked. The three doors to the exterior only had the mechanical locks, no deadbolts or security locks. The host did not respond to our messages after some concern was raised with the police activity next door and the questionable neighborhood. After one night, we vacated and found alternative lodging.
