Beautiful property with very thoughtful amenities available. Centrally located. Comfortable layout of the home. Very clean. Highly recommend! The only reason I did not give the property a five star rating is the sound from upstairs. The property is a duplex and while you did not hear the noise a lot, I was aware of people getting ready for work early on a Monday or when a dog was maybe going out for a walk. It was not voices but creaking or scratching floorboards.

Very nice place to stay Tucker was very communicative and answered any questions as the trip went along. A comfortable place to stay for just a few days that where we were there from Virginia wish we could’ve stayed more.

This was hands down one of the best VRBOs that we have stayed at ever. The location is very convenient, but the historical details in the house were exquisite including working pocket doors! The host is very responsive, the house is well appointed including thick hotel quality towels. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone coming to the Cincinnati area that wants both convenience and charm.

Family visit

We stayed for a long weekend visiting family. It was a nice area, easy to walk our dog around the park, and walk to restaurants and the farmers market. The dining room/living room were spacious and open. Thanks for the nice stay!

Lovely Hyde Park apartment

Our family of 3 adults stayed here for weekend to visit family. Easy walk to Hyde Park Square and Rookwood Commons mall (coffee shops, restaurants, etc). Street is quiet yet super convenient to I-71/downtown and apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. I look forward to staying here again on next Cincy visit.

Birthday Celebration

Visiting our Grandaughter for her 8 th Birthday was a pleasure for the 2 Grandmothers … one from Ca. and one from SC . Our stay at this house was lovely … spacious , comfortable , convenient and so close to restaurants and shops . The Birthday girl stayed with us and loved that we could all be together . Beautiful home, nice stay.

The owner, Todd, contacted us with keyless entry details prior to our arrival. His home was very clean and truly felt like home when we walked in. We absolutely loved the aesthetics! There were plenty of utensils, dinnerware, glassware, and bakeware for us to prepare our meals for the six nights that we were there. The property is located on the first floor of a two family unit. The location was perfectly close to many of the locations we visited while we were in town, including Union Terminal, Cincinnati Children’s Museum, and Fords Garage (excellent food). We would highly recommend staying here, and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Cincinnati.

Nice and quiet

Stayed with my mother and sister for a girls getaway. It was nice and quiet, in a nice area. Had fun playing games with the family. The shower was too difficult for my mom to use, as she doesn’t get around like she used to. She couldn’t climb over the tub sides and the floor wasn’t flat, so when wet, she had the risk of falling. It was fine for my sister and I. The kitchen floor, I know might actually be original, which is very cool, but it was a bit sticky.

What a great place!

The house is great. It’s very well cared for and has everything you need. It’s very comfortable and we loved the woodwork and pocket doors and the windows. You can pack half the clothes you need because there is a brand new washer and dryer. It was quite hot outside when we were there and the house has a tremendous central air system if you need it. A very short walk into Hyde Park Square. We walked to the square for dinner and it was nice not having to worry about transportation. We were there for a Xavier graduation and it’s literally a couple of minutes away. Perfectly located. Todd was great too. Very attentive and nice to talk to. Thumbs up all the way around.

It was very clean and cute. Lots of hot water and awesome water pressure. The beds were soft. The kitchen had everything you needed. As did the bathrooms. The host sent out a little newsletter for you so you know the good places to eat and how to get to local things to do. The location is so key and so perfect when visiting Cincinnati it never took us more than 10 or 15 minutes to get to anything we wanted to do. Plus, Hyde Park has its own stuff. The owner was very prompt and good at communication and very gracious. We are very blessed.
