The house was very nice and comfortable and very centrally located! The Grand Welcome Team was very accommodating and helpful and informative, which made for a great stay! Thank you !
My family had a great stay at the house on wayne street. The house is spacious and is stuffed with all the supplies you'll need. The host responded quickly and accomendated all our asks. Recommended!
The whole building seems a bit slapped up but it's clean and comfy, just don't grab any woodwork as it might come off in your hand. Walkable to local restaurants and Eden Park. Perfect layout for three couples and a couple kids to share a space.
We had an excellent stay at this beautiful home! The host was welcoming and responsive. It is in a location close to parks and museums and restaurants. A great coffee shop is right around the corner. We would definitely stay there again!
The host was amazing! He checked on us throughout our stay and assured everything was perfect before our arrival. The house was the perfect location and centrally located. Very, very, pleased!
We enjoyed our stay! We had everything we needed and the rooftop sitting area was beautiful at sunset and to watch the fireworks from the Reds game! The beds were comfortable and sheets & towels were very nice quality. The house seemed newly renovated with nice furniture and the kitchen had everything we needed including a Keurig coffee maker and one-cup combo. It was a very hot weekend and the A/C worked well!
We enjoyed staying in this lovely home. The rooftop deck has spectacular views of Cincinnati. The location is great for getting anywhere. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the home was well stocked. Communication was good and problems were addressed quickly.I would recommend Heights on Wayne.
This place is very nice for a getaway to Cincinnati. It was incredibly spacious, clean, and had 2 places to shower or bathe—which is somewhat hard to find…Very cheap Lyft rates to anywhere you wanna go—and save yourself hassle and parking fees….The property owners/managers went overboard with responding to our ask about where a pan was and we received a brand new shipment minutes later….it was an amazing place and we are happy to recommend it to folks- thanks for helping making our son’s birthday weekend special.
Overall, this was a good house. It is very spacious and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed for basic cooking. However, the floors are uneven and there are steep stairs. The neighborhood isn't the greatest.
The property was close to the hospital, which was great! The house has been updated and had new items, washer and dryer, kitchen supplies, etc. It would be great for families with kids, two full baths and two half baths was also nice. We didn't get to fully appreciate all the amenities. I would stay again. Wouldn't recommend for anyone who couldn't do stairs.
The home was beautiful and clean with great outdoor areas and a convenient location. It was very comfortable with lots of extras like Sonos, hot tub, and well-appointed kitchen. Check-in was easy and communication was prompt.HOWEVER, if you are booking this home and planning to spend pool time, I highly suggest you consider something else. The property description listing pool access is very misleading! A pool was a must for us in searching for the right property. This home, however, does not have any special access to a pool. She simply means that the city of Sedona has a public pool which you can pay to visit (just like everyone else). When I asked about it on Day 2, she told me to "look it up." I did, and it said "Temporarily Closed." So, we spent zero time by a pool. When I shared this information and how disappointed we were (as our plans included afternoons at the pool), she said she was sorry, and asked what she could have done differently. I suggested she amend the listing to a more accurate explanation of the pool access. She said she would not be doing that, and offered no other concession. This was very disappointing as she had several avenues to do something a little "extra" to make things right.
