Guests have private access to the entire Queen City Quarters 1 home during their stay, including all 5 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, bathrooms and basement laundry area.

Two designated off-street parking spaces are included.

Queen City Quarters 1 is located in Cincinnati’s Evanston neighborhood, putting guests particularly close to Xavier University while providing convenient access to the Cincinnati Zoo, University of Cincinnati, nearby hospitals, Norwood, Hyde Park, Downtown and Over-the-Rhine.

Its central location makes it a practical home base whether you’re visiting Cincinnati for a university event, family trip, sporting event, work assignment or extended stay.



GETTING AROUND

A vehicle or rideshare is recommended for getting around Cincinnati.

Xavier University is only a few minutes away, with the Cincinnati Zoo, University of Cincinnati and Downtown also within a short drive.

Two designated off-street parking spaces make it easy for guests traveling by car. Rideshare services are also readily available throughout Cincinnati.

There are no interior cameras.
