"Shanaya had so many things to offers, It’s a village so choose your villa wisely, if you want a good rest, Further down villa with a private pool will be a good option, but if you want it to be more convenient in term of access and closeness to lobby, then you have to choose older villas without private pool (don’t worry, their public pool just a step away anyway). The staff are nice; the buggy driver was also very friendly. Shout-out to the mini zoo keeper —he was so lovely and friendly. Breakfast was flavorful with a lot of options. "We booked a room for 4 people on Expedia which had good reviews and a high rating, but when we arrived it was a 12 bedded dorm which we would not have booked. We emailed the property for clarification but we did not get a response.We feel we were not given what we asked for. On the website it stated that there was a 4 bedded room available but not a 3 bedded room or 2 bedded room. So we felt there were only 4 beds in a room. Could you explain how this has happened? It was noisy and very dirty and a terrible experience. We would like a full refund from you and ask you to review the rating you currently have on the hostel."
