"The water went out due to a pipe break. That I understand. The hotel had no control over that. It’s how it was handled that I take issue with. No announcement was made. No compensation given. In fact we were charged for water bottles we needed to even brush our teeth. Staff was rude that night and said no compensation would be given. I would like my stay refunded as well as incidentals (water bottles). How this is handled will determine if I ever risk a Holiday Inn again."

"Very nice hotel. Rooms were nice. Breakfast area and food was great. Friendly staff. Great location with Saltgrass restsurant within walking distance in the same parking lot area. Only sort of bad thing I would say is the queen beds in our room were double not queen, but it was fine. Dont know if all rooms are that way or just the room we had."
