"Everything was good, we had a great time. We did lose water for 3 hours due to a waterline breaking across the street. I text my host at 7:30pm and I didn’t hear back from her until morning. The response I got was that happens all the time in the keys. Wasn’t looking for anything just thought it could’ve been handled a little better by the host. Also, the lot next door that is empty I was told it was first come for over flow parking if needed. But they for got to mention they charge 45 parking again which is fine but it would have been good to known this a head of time in the rental agreement. We definitely loved the place and would consider coming back for sure. "

"Loved our stay here. The house was clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Had a relaxing weekend by the river. The only thing I would mention is that the outlet by the boat dock was not working. We ended up having to rent a slip at the marina to be able to charge our boat batteries for the fishing tournament."

"Place was quaint and super clean. Host was very friendly and let us in a little early which I appreciated. Only problem was the bed in the back bedroom was hard and uncomfortable. I suggest a squishy mattress topper might help. A comfortable bed to sleep on is most important. "

"Everything was excellent. Minor recommendation just some hangers in master closet. I did not check other rooms. Property was close to all launch ramps at Parker. I fish a lot of bass tournament la here and I will be booking again. TY"

"Everything about this house was perfect. The location is in a great spot on the water and the views where beautiful. The house had everything we needed, no need to leave. The manager was super helpful when we got there to help tie down the boat. The house is definitely maintained well. It was worth every penny, can't wait to go back. "

The house is more of a home than a rental it contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Candee assisted me with planning some adventures during our stay her recommendations were spot on.
