8.4/10 Very good! (3,700 reviews)
I am someone who cleans when I arrive anyway, but this hotel was so unkept. The carpet was filthy. The lobby floor was BLACK with smudges. The bathroom sink had toothpaste in it from a previous guest, and the comforter on one of the beds was black (like it had been dragged across a dirty floor), and in that place, o don’t doubt it. The front desk clerk said Housekeeping goes to the rooms every other day. Mind BLOWN! If they ARE, they’re NOT cleaning properly. I thought this would be a decent stay given it has the “medical” affiliation and we only needed the room pretty much to sleep and shower. But, I have never been more disappointed in a property, and they need to do BETTER. If they gave me the room for free, I wouldn’t stay again. Just be prepared to clean and grab your towels from the front desk. The halls and elevator were dirty, as well. This property is UNCARED FOR, and it SHOWS. They’re collecting money. That’s it. If you need a place to rest, I guess it’s sufficient for that, but we showered with slippers on if that tells you anything about the level of uncleanness it has. If we didn’t arrive after 2 AM, we wouldn’t have stayed. Will NOT stay there ever again!

8/10 Very good! (6,493 reviews)
"We thought this hotel was on the Riverwalk. But it was about a 5-10 minute walk to get to the restaurants and stuff. The parking was outrageous at $42 per day at our hotel. We were not aware of that when we booked. If we go back we will choose a different hotel"
