The entire staff is extremely personable, helpful, accommodating, and kind. We were quite impressed with the level of service and the price point. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Madrid. You will not be disappointed.

I booked this hotel after our arrival to Madrid and the main reason was the review I read here. I noticed a consensus with how great services is at this hotel. Those reviews were right. The service staff at this hotel is spectacular. The security folks, receptionists, pool lifeguard, rooftop bartenders. Awesome! I also read that reviews stating that they should play music at the rooftop and I agree with that as well. I will return to this hotel.
