"Really helpful staff who parked our car in the right spot. Got us extra pillows and a kettle and cups. Good breakfast and clean room. Only down side was the party and loud music on Saturday which kept us awake till 11.30 pm and safe was not working "

Breakfast was tasty, and the TV setup was awesome. My partner especially loved all the features and amenities it had. What I loved is the whole place was in a peaceful, quiet area, and the neighborhood was scenic and felt really safe. What really stood out was how friendly and helpful everyone was. The staff were incredibly responsive and genuinely kind—it’s rare to feel that kind of hospitality, and we really appreciated it. Overall, it was such a refreshing experience. "We would rate this hotel almost excellent, our room was very comfortable and serviced twice a day. The grounds and pool are beautiful, effort towards sustainability is evident. Service was sometimes slow and our drinks orders were incorrect a couple of times but no big deal. We booked a couple of ‘experiences’ the wine tasting was cancelled an hour before start time. The romantic meal was a bit disappointing in our opinion, the space and views were gorgeous but the location meant the food arrived cold, and long gaps between courses. The aperitif in the field was excellent, the views are stunning, could have done with something other than bread and nuts to eat, maybe add cheese and meats?! Overall we loved the resort, staff were friendly and ideal for a couple wanting to spend a few days in a secluded location. "
