"Liked: top rated staff and service, high quality breakfast, cleaness, property condition, views The staffs were super friendly and helpful. It made me feel welcome and my stay very pleasant. The breakfast was a highlight of the day. There were a lot of variety of vegetarian options and pastries. All food was fresh not stale with right temperature. The wait staffs at the breakfast room were delighful and efficient. The view was amazing too. I would like to thank all staffs for their hospitality. I will definitely stay in this hotel when I visit Taormina again."

"I have to thank all the staff. They were all friendly and accommodating. The seafront view was priceless. Slept with the balcony doors open every night and listened to the waves. Watched the sun come up in the morning a few times also. Taormina in the background and the town was enjoyable during the evening. The bar staff and the kitchen staff were amazing, the food was excellent. It's difficult to complain about this place. The Sicily my father wanted me to discover. "

"Cons: Hotel is dated. It needs a whole facelift and modern curtains and bedding colors. It was all burgundy red!! :( And the all inclusive is not all it should be. There were restrictions at the pool bar, which makes it inconvenient. The Spa was always closed. It opened by appointments only. So that limited our options. No shuttle availability. Pros: Room, bedding and bathroom were clean. Stunning views!! And close to town. This hotel has so much potential. The best part was the staff!!!! From the reception area, to the restaurant and housekeeping. They were all very nice and helpful. Thanks to them our stay was pleasant. :)"
