The manager resoonded straight away when our plane was delayed, and reassured us our room would be held for us and someone would be available to let us in however late it was. "We had a wonderful stay in Galatina! The property was clean and comfortable, and the highlight was the fantastic 25-meter pool — absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and overall, we really enjoyed our time here.The only things that could be improved are upgrading the mattresses for more comfort, and noting that electricity usage is charged separately as an extra fee during the stay."
