"Panorama Blue is located in a perfect location to enjoy the evening and very close to the parking which is included! Thats a big bonus. The room was spotless and was a perfect starting point - just far enough from the tourist shops and a wonderful view in the evening to enjoy the sunset and the harbour. The reception and staff are 5 star. Highly recommeded."

"Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end.
After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning.
It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help.

"Wir waren bis auf die Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden. Leider haben wir das Appartement nicht gereinigt übergeben bekommen, einige Sachen waren kaputt oder fehlten. Nach einer Beschwerde über diese Dinge, kam man uns leider auch nicht entgegen und die Mängel wurden nicht behoben. Die Putzfrau brachte uns lediglich in unserem 3wöchigen Aufenthalt 2x neue Handtücher und Toilettenpapier, geputzt wurde jedoch nicht! Das Apartment liegt im 2 Stock und man hatte einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Bis...
"The terrible rating is for Menada agents who make you travel 2km to pick up keys from their office. Also charge 20€ if you wish to check out earlier than 7am when leaving.
The Royal Sun Apartments are very nice, just do not use Menada. The apartments have several different agents within the complex handling management of apartments."
"Kjempe fin leilighet, men badet var ikke ok. Vannet rant fra dusjen og utover hele gulvet. Toalett sisternen var ødelagt, så vanskelig å trekke ned. "

"Absolute gem right in the old town. Petko the manager was there to greet us. The room was beautiful! Great recommendations for dinner. Petko even drove us to the bus stop for Burgas! Had such a nice stay in Nessebar! Highly recommend. "
