Discover a peaceful 3-bedroom home in a safe, quiet neighborhood near the University of Central Florida. It features 2 clean, modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large porch with a workout area. The spacious backyard is pet-friendly, perfect for your furry friends. Enjoy a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi. Close to nature trails, Black Hammock, shops, restaurants, and many local activities, this home is ideal for both relaxation and adventure Relax with the whole family at this peaceful property.

*please note, the host uses a studio space in the garage with a separate entrance from time to time, there are no shared spaces between host and guests. The walls connecting the house and studio isolate noises from both sides, which provides privacy and no interruptions to your quiet times. Host is only there on occasion.*

Great Stay

Great location, clean comfortable home with all the amenities you need, only suggestion would be to improve lighting in kitchen and add dimmer to dining room light. Will most likely rent it again in the future.

A Wedding & A Funeral

The property was absolutely perfect for our group of 6. The location was great for going to the Wedding. Everything we needed was at the house and it was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive to every question .

Location was excellent with many familiar local businesses and restaurants nearby. Well-appointed and exceptionally clean house. Marisa was an excellent host and very responsive. The few questions I had were answered in a matter of minutes. Would definitely stay again the next time I come to the Oviedo area.
