"Nice clean room, even had a small balcony! Superb location - 10 minutes walk from Exeter St. David's Railway Station, and only a 10 minute walk into Exeter City Centre. Staff very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent."

"Booked this under the VIP banner which allowed me free drink from their restaurant bar. The staff greeted me in a friendly manner and directed me to my room. I had booked a ground floor room which had the benefit of a patio door leading to an outdoor dining area which will be fantastic in the Summer. It also meant I could park my vehicle just a few feet away from the patio door which was massively convenient. The room and hotel itself is really well decorated and clean and my room had a great A/C system and fridge. I used the hotel gym which was not big but was functional and allowed for a good cardio and weights workout with only myself and one of patron using it for the duration of my time in there. There were plenty of dining options within a few miles of the well-situated hotel. I had a great night's sleep and breakfast the next morning was really nice to top off a fantastic stay all round."

"Quiet clean room. Problem with bathroom sink waste was promptly dealt with. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room first rate. Helpful list of local eateries supplied."

"Lovely clean room. Great that you can turn the shower on without having to reach into the shower and get wet. Staff friendly and welcoming. Checked for us to see if room was ready so we were able to check in early. So happy to be close to the Exeter Chiefs ground, very handy. Lovely bar area, good choice of bar food and drinks. Definitely would stay again and would recommend. Great that the parking is free also. "

"It was pet friendly with lovely dogs who were all well controlled. However, the main purpose of a hotel it to sleep and the room was so poorly sound insulated that we were hardly able to sleep the first night due to the "buzz saw" snoring in the room next door. The next night different visitors were still clearly audible through the walls snoring but it was not as bad - so even normal snoring is clearly audible through the walls. The cozy room was indeed "cozy", but the old metal framed bed was very creaky, so easy to disturb your partner."
