"If I could rate 0 stars I would. I have never had a worse experience booking with any other hotel. They make false promises and Alyssa even made a racist remark toward me. They sold the room I booked and told me it wasn’t available. Then had security remove me after I called the police because they denied me my room and my money back. I never got to stay here nor did u receive my refund. The manager Leah called me a liar and stated none of it ever happened. This place seems like a cult. They do not care to please their paying customers. Save yourself a headache and a night on the streets and book elsewhere."

"The photos do not do the property justice. The outdoors activities are incredible. The pool was a treat, and the hot tub was used constantly. The interior of the house is spacious, clean, well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need, except space for dry goods. There’s no pantry and the outdoor garbage bin had not been emptied and was 2/3 full when we arrived.That is something I would like to see improved. Communication with Steve was excellent. He responded within 1 to 2 hours of all my messages. He did a great job of explaining how to get to the house as well as getting in. We would love to use the house in the future. I highly recommend this rental and I would imagine that anything handled by Steve would be of similar quality."

"Honestly wasn’t bad for the price, jacuzzi was great. Friendly staff greeting you. Had a miscommunication when I was wanting to check out later than the usual check out time. But they kindly got it resolved handled it professionally. Will definitely stay at this place again. "
