- Located within the “gated” Schooner Bay Condos complex, up on a hill overlooking Christiansted Harbor a full service totally renovated, spacious condo walkable to many activities & restaurants. The grounds abound with local foliage including the national flower, the Ginger Thomas. There are 2 pools, a tennis court, pickleball, bbq area, property mgr. & night guard. We have storm shutters & generators, assuring no interruption in electricity delivery. Walk down the hill to the fast ferry which takes you to St. Thomas, restaurants, shops, a bank & P. O. A 12 min. walk & you are in the heart of Christiansted with it’s lively boardwalk on which you will find eateries & bars & shops as well as the 3 min. ferry which will take you to the beach at Protestant Cay.
