***Any booking made the weekend of Sept 8-10th only 1 shower would be available due to a repair needed, the toilets and sinks in all rooms are still operable***
Modern cottage style home in a newer development located in Christiansburg minutes away from Virginia Tech, Radford and just 3 turns to I-81! We are less than 5 minutes from many restaurants coffee shops, and only 10 minutes from even more restaurants, shopping and more. Beautiful mountain views greet you as you drive into our neighborhood. The master bedroom has a King sized canopy bed with an en suite, double sinks and large walk in shower with bench and double rainfall shower heads. The toilet in the ensuite has a door for extra privacy. The second bedroom offers a Queen sized bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. Our fenced in backyard offers a deck to sit on and enjoy your morning coffee or in the evening as the sun goes down and corn hole boards. Our living room also has two oversized sofas that can sleep 1 each. Sleeps up to 6 if travelers are sharing beds/sleeper sofas. If every person requires their own bed or sleeper sofa only sleeps 5.
***Please note this is a family neighborhood we ask that you please be respectful, no parties and no more than 4 vehicles in the driveway at a time and no parking on yards.

VTECH Homecoming
Wonderful and comfortable home. Beautifully decorated. Perfect for family gatherings. Great location in a very nice neighborhood. Easy access to Tech and surrounding area. Ward is a great host and excellent at communicating.

Quick visit to see Metallica
The house is perfect for a small group coming to town for a football game or just to visit the area. It’s conveniently located right off 81 and only a few min from Blacksburg. The host was great, accommodating and easy to reach. I recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great Choice for Virginia Tech Football Weekends
We had a wonderful stay. Ward was very easy to work with and proactive in his communications. The house is impeccably maintained, spacious, and comfortable, and the neighborhood is amazingly quiet. It's also an easy drive to Blacksburg.
