"Das Personal war durchgängig sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Poollandschaft ist sehr schön, das Frühstück und Abendessen hervorragend. Das von uns gebuchte Zimmer war etwas klein, beim nächsten Mal würde ich ein größeres buchen."

"In such high altitude, with the vanishing winter and melting snow, there are really a lot to explore in oberhof. The stay at the hotel was excellent and authentic. The breakfast has many variations everyday, the fruits and vegetables were really very fresh. The staffs were well behaved and have showed good hospitality. "Wir waren anlässlich des Kristallmarathons hier. Da es am Wettkampftag früh los ging, hat das Hotel den Laufgästen ein frühes Frühstück angeboten. Nicht selbstverständlich und mega zuvorkommend. "I was quite pleased with my stay here. It was perfect and economical for my purposes. The staff person was quite nice and helpful, and while the front is not open all the time, it's easy to get in and out. It isn't a town that is open all hours, so don't expect to eat late at night, but it's definitely charming and the hotel was a part of that!"
