    Townhouse is ideal for families and business trips.

    Open-plan living and dining with a fully equipped kitchen.
    Kitchen is well equipped with a Air fryer as well.
    Smart TV with Freeview so as you have access to Netflix.

    Upstairs offers an extra lounge, ideal if you just want to relax in silence.
    Three bedrooms all with Queen beds
    All have hotel standard fresh white linen so a comfy nights sleep you will enjoy.
    Spacious bathroom, plus a toilet upstairs, also one downstairs as well
    Single garage and private parking directly outside the property.
    Apartment is professionally cleaned.
    Please note linen cost is part of the cleaning fee.

    2. Parties & Gatherings: Parties and unauthorised gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gathering may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

    3. ⁠Smoking & Recreational Drugs: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. The use of recreational drugs is also prohibited on the property. Any additional cleaning or damage caused by smoking will incur a $200 fee.

    4. Check-out: Check-out is by 10:00 am. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

    5. Cleaning: Please leave the property in a reasonable condition. Any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

    6. Damage, Spills & Stains: Please report any damage, spills or stains as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply for cleaning, repair or replacement.
