This lovely refurbished two bedroom home has parking space for two cars, a lovely outside space and has been nicely modernised and furnished by the owner.

It is set back from the street, lovely and quiet and an easy hop into the CBD of Christchurch and all it has to offer.

It has two Bedrooms, both with Queen beds and an Ecosa Sofabed in the Living area, suitable for a family group
