This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located 2 mins from New World, Countdown and Supacenta. Motorway access close is heading North, South (10min to Airport), East (City 15min),. Groynes dog park is 2 mins. Secure garage, Internal access.
Dining and lounge rooms are comfortable, sunny and warm. The kitchen has a convenient 2 tier oven. Master Bedroom has ensuite with spa bath. Dogs iinside crated.
3 MONTH RENTAL AVAILABLE..Power xtra over 14 days
The space
Sunny and warm. Kitchen and dining area open plan,. Separate lounge has comfortable modern leather suite, TV, stereo. Heating is via Daikon Heat pump, and Skope wall heater. Both dining room and lounge have ranch sliders opening to a covered sheltered area. There is a comfortable settee and 2 cape cod chairs for relaxing in the sun. This is also a good place for pet crates. Internal access from generous garage will keep you dry and give you security.
The Master bedroom is large with an ensuite spa. It also has ranch slider opening to garden.
People with allergies need consider carefully, as Golden Retrievers are welcome

Having a vehicle a priority these days but bus services to city are positioned within walking distance
