One dedicated underground parking space is included. Entry is easy via a lockbox located near the development gate and a front door house code.
The ground floor features an open-plan layout that is easy to move around. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to cook from scratch, alongside a dining area and a comfortable living space with a smart TV and air conditioning. The bedrooms and bathroom are located off the hallway connected to the living and kitchen area. Both bedrooms include queen beds, and a full shared bathroom services the two rooms.
Shared Facilities Has a common backyard area for BBQ and dining. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool with a shared toilet/changing room. Plus a fully equipped gym with exercise equipment — both located on-site. All are available throughout your stay.
Laundry A washing machine and dryer are available for guest use with hangers and drying rack.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
