Your Property
Arriving at 4/14 London Street, you will find dedicated parking directly in front of the garage. Entry to the property is via a keypad — your unique code will be provided prior to arrival.

Ground Floor
The open-plan living and dining area is comfortable and well-appointed, featuring a large sofa bed, smart TV, and air conditioning to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, and wine glasses — everything you need for a full stay. Step outside through the living area to your private patio, complete with outdoor furniture — a lovely spot to relax. The combo washing machine and dryer is conveniently located in the kitchen on the ground floor. The sofa in the living area converts to a sofa bed, offering flexible sleeping for extra guests.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds, also with a spacious built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms share one full bathroom, which includes a bathtub and is located on the upper floor.

Laundry
The combo washing machine and dryer is located on the ground floor, conveniently positioned in the kitchen. Laundry detergent is provided.

We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
