Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 3 storey property in the heart of Christchurch city! Our location can't be beat, as we are just steps away from the convention center, Little High eatery, Riverside markets, Cathedral Square, and New Regent Street. Enjoy all the sights and sounds of Christchurch at your doorstep. Our property comfortably sleeps 4 guests and is perfect for families, couples, and business travelers alike. With modern amenities and a convenient location.
Ground floor (1st floor) has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard. Upstairs (2nd floor) has the bedroom with x2 Single beds and a full sized bathroom. On the 3rd floor is the master suite with ensuite - containing a Queen sized bed and full walk-in wardrobe.
Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.
This property does not come with allocated carparking - there is free and paid street parking options only.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.

Comfortable and convenient
It seems like everything that makes Christchurch so special was only a short walk away. The three story townhouse is compact yet well designed and well-equipped The small garden in the back is a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of touring. The townhouse was spotless when we arrived. Our stay was very comfortable and I would happily recommend this unit to a friend.
