    This well-designed townhouse gives you space, comfort, and an easy base near the city.

    On the ground floor, you’ll find internal access from the single garage, a spacious bedroom, full bathroom, and a separate laundry with both a washer and dryer—ideal for longer stays. Step outside to a sheltered courtyard with a picnic table and full washing line.

    Upstairs is where the home really opens up. A light-filled living, kitchen, and dining space flows out to a sunny balcony—perfect for your morning coffee or evening wind-down. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the dining table comfortably seats four.

    The lounge offers relaxed seating and a smart TV, while a heat pump keeps the space comfortable year-round. The second bedroom (queen) is also located upstairs.

    Just a short walk away you’ll find Two Thumb Brewing, plus Edgeware Village with its cafés, supermarket, restaurants, and local pub—making this a great mix of convenience and lifestyle.

    You’ll have full private access to the entire townhouse, including the garage, balcony, courtyard, and laundry.

    Access is via a secure electronic door code, which will be provided prior to your arrival.

    Please note the home is set over two levels, with stairs between floors.

    Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $10/hour (up to 2 hours), subject to availability.

    Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
    Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
    Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
    Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
