Opposite to Christchurch Town Hall and Casino.
3 mins walk to Te Pae Christchurch Convention center through Victoria square.
5 mins walk to CBD.
King size beds X 2, full bathroom for both bedrooms.

This booking comes with ONE free carpark, but because it's a paid commercial parking, we will need your car plate number to be logged in the parking system so you won't be charged to use the carpark. Alternatively you can:

-Pay by meter in front of the unit on Durham Street North(free overnight).
-1 hours free parking at the casino Wilson carpark(2 mins walk to the house).
- Free parking one block away in the North on Salisbury st or in the west on Cramner square

Great location in Christchurch

This is a perfect location if you want to be close to the restaurants and shopping in the CBD. Would recommend and hope to stay there again!

Excellent VRBO!

Awesome stay at a very clean and comfortable VRBO! The communication with the owner was excellent and she made sure we had an enjoyable stay and also made sure we didn’t need anything while we were there. Very good location and easy walk to many things and eateries. I will definitely come back if I get a chance.

Fantastic communication and comfortable, modern place to stay that made exploring central Christchurch super easy. All mod cons. Nice and quiet place to stay in the city. Beautiful place and hope to stay again, will be recommending to others. Thanks for the great clear communications too, made that really easy.

Couldn’t fault property. Great location; stayed for a conference - easy walk to conference centre across park. Dining, cafes, shops all walking distance. It had all amenities you could want and was very clean. Great communication too
