"Very disappointing. Arrived around 6pm and could not get any spa services due to them closing at 8pm. The pool and the gym also close at 8pm. The air-conditioning did not cool the room. Dogs barked all night loudly. Worst night of sleep after a very long day. There is a light switch for the toilet. No instructions in the room to address the toilet. No elevator or help carrying luggage up multiple flights of stairs. The restaurant is fantastic. It was the one saving grace of our stay....
