"Booked this wonderful cabin for the Bigfoot Festival in Townsend and found the best gem of a host and location. The cabin was exactly as the photos show. Everything we needed was there. Beds were comfy, patio swing was perfect after a long drive and the sounds of nature was such a pleasant experience from city traffic sounds. Would highly recommend this hidden getaway and will certainly book again when heading to this area again."

"We enjoying this little nugget of a place. Located directly on the Little River, we sat on the porch with a blanket most of our first morning listening to the river and the rain. If relaxation is what you are looking for, this is the place for you...the perfect opposite to the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. "Had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It was well maintained and clean. The location is quiet and mostly private. You can see a few other cabins but it’s through the woods and far away enough to make your stay feel pretty private. The host was fantastic and done a great job with communication. "We had a lovely (but short!) stay here in Townsend. We got a little turned around but host had directions for us in case google maps failed :) The roads leading in and out were pretty narrow, so glad we did not meet any cars going the other way. Wish we would have had the time to do more, but would recommend to anyone traveling this way. Great price for 3 br 2 ba house, very comfortable and we loved the quiet and woodsy area."

"The communication with Derek was perfect. The check in was easy, he sent a brochure of everything you might need to know, and checked up on us in case we needed anything. Location-perfect. Went hiking and on Wednesday rode our E-bikes at Cades cove, not very busy because of the weather but a nice ride. Accomodations-everything you want or need. Very clean with plenty of towels. Will definitely be coming back to Heavens Trail."

"We had to book a room because our flight was cancelled. Every employee we encountered was really nice and the hotel was in great shape. Our room was really nice as well, very clean and comfortable. The best surprise was the on site restaurant. We had dinner and breakfast and both were very good; in my opinion it was also reasonably priced. They also had a little coffee shop and bar area and both were open. "
