We ( mom with three teenagers) had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip truly memorable. We had to leave very early for a tour and would have missed breakfast, but after learning about our situation, the hotel staff kindly prepared breakfast for us at 5:00 AM, which was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated.
We enjoyed the excellent breakfast as well as a superb, high-quality dinner at the rooftop restaurant, which offers a stunning view of the city. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of everything, providing easy access to banks, supermarkets, malls, Kennedy Park, Love Park, and the beach — all within a 10-minute walk.

The hotel is superb and the staff is attentive and friendly. I would suggest improving the quality and speed of the breakfast buffet and à la carte, there’s a lot on display, however not much that really speaks Peruvian, and waiting time for an omelette is at least thirty minutes on a not very busy day. Same with the restaurant, one would expect a better quality. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend nonetheless.
