The key card never worked so I had to go the reception every single time and ask them to send someone with a master key card. They replaced my key card 3 times but that didnt help. Meanwhile it was raining and the corridor ceilings were leaking. I found a dead cockroach in my bathroom. So overall...horrible."Reviewed July 1, 2026Return • Melbourne (MEL) - Goa (GOI)MEL - GOI • 2 stops GOI - MEL • 2 stopsAU$4,181AU$3,431found 12 hours agoper traveller - ITC Grand Goa, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Goa

"good"
"We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Horizon. Initially I thought I should have gone further South but once we got yo the Hotel it is a perfect location. The staff was incredible and there was always someone wanting to know how the stay was going and if they could assist with anything to make the stay even more comfortable. It was so nice of the hotel to also provide packed hot breakfast for three of us for our early morning departure. I’ve lived in USA 40+ years and stayed at many nice hotels...
"Lovely hotel with excellent food! The concierge service was great with the walking tours we took. Excellent stay!"
"The staff and food are great. Rooms were kept clean and are well looked after. The spa is very good and well priced."
"We love staying at the Goa Marriott at Miramar. Very conveniently located, great amenities, good sumptuous breakfast with wide selection. Great hospitality, they go out of their way to make you feel at home. The airport shuttle package we booked was an added benefit."
"Jätte fint och rent rum så trevlig personal "
