Accueil déplorable de la responsable (contrairement aux autres employées) de l'hôtel, qui affirmait ne pas avoir pas notre réservation. Elle ne voulait pas faire de recherches dans ses mails et voulait nous faire repayer une chambre. Il a fallu discuter pendant environ 1heure 30 alors qu'il n'y a que peu d'hôtel à Dazu (Celui là et le Ramada juste à côté). Heureusement que le service commercial d'Hôtels.com a résolu le problème par téléphone. Sinon bon hôtel, bien situé Les sites de Dazu méritent vraiment un arrêt entre Chengdu et Chongqing
