Conrad Shanghai
I had a fantastic stay at the Conrad. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I want to specifically thank Kelly in the Executive Lounge, her customer service was spectacular and she was very professional and hard working. Liangjuan in the spa was also great and gave a great massage.

Booked a river view king and got upgraded to the diplomat by the wonderful check-in staff.
