"The check in process was so easy. They emailed clear instructions, in about 5 different languages. The fact that there was a lift was great. The property isn't new but the apartment looked just like the photos. We found the beds comfortable, the apartment clean and the amenities well kept. It is also only a 13 min walk to old town. "We stayed in a premium room, no 203. Second floor room, with coloured glass windows. Room was spacious and clean. Nice large and comfortable bed, sofa and plenty of storage. Large bathroom with walk in dual showers! Lovely welcome bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch. Room also had a Nespresso machine, kettle and complimentary minibar with soft drinks, water and milk. Room Had good air con too. Room and hotel in general was clean and tidy. Room was turned down every day. Nice breakfast, with a choice of cereals, meats, cheeses, juices, hot drinks and a few cooked options. Lovely, friendly staff, with recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. Hotel location is fantastic, right on the main square. Sitting outside the hotel, having a drink and some food when the weather allows is great. Would 100% recommend the hotel to anyone visiting krakow"

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nomadic Urban Suites in Kraków and would happily return. From the moment I arrived close to midnight, the staff were exceptionally friendly, warm and welcoming; always smiling and genuinely happy to help. That warmth really made the stay special. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, particularly the entrance and restaurant area, which have so much character and style. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight. The selection is huge, fresh and varied, with something for every taste. The team was very accommodating with me on several mornings when I had to leave the hotel before 7:00 breakfast service, and they prepared a breakfast box for me. It was such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. The location is right in the heart of Kraków’s beautiful Old Town, with everything just steps away and walking distance to the main train station. Beautiful hotel, fantastic location, excellent breakfast and, above all, truly lovely people. Dziękuję to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely be back and would recommend Nomadic Urban Suites without hesitation!"
