" Wonderful Family Stay! We had a fantastic family trip to Coconut Bay Resort! It’s only five minutes from the airport — perfect after traveling with our two-year-old. The staff truly stood out — friendly, accommodating, and always helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to have concierge service, which made our first family vacation stress-free. We loved Silk, the Asian-themed restaurant — amazing food, ambiance, and service. The Italian restaurant was also great, and the Beach Hut offered delicious poolside options. The resort is very clean, with newly renovated rooms that felt fresh and modern. Our son loved the pool and water slide, and the mocktail menu for kids was a nice touch. A few small notes: pre-arrival dinner reservation help would’ve been great since our flight delay caused late bookings. Also, we learned about the concierge phone and nightly snack service (like chips and salsa) only at the end — would’ve been nice to have throughout. Overall, fantastic staff, great food, and family-friendly atmosphere — we’d absolutely stay again! "

"We stayed at the hideaway which is adults only. The room was amazing the ground was amazing and the food was amazing. The only problem I have is the checkout when trying to depart and get our wristbands cut the line was so long and not enough staff which almost mad us late to the airport I was told we had to wait or they will charge us extra I was confused because everything was already paid for however it end up working out and we left but that was my only issue everything else 10/10"

"It was a great experience however some things such be addressed such as condition of elevator, breakfast quality and lack of vegetarian options was disappointing. We stayed in rooms 4302 and 4403 and it was comfortable and clean. It won’t deter us from ever returning in the future. "

"The Bel Jou Hotel was clean with two very nice pools. The gym was okay but I would suggest better spinning bikes. Breakfast was amazing and dinner at the Hummingbird was fabulous. What really makes the Bel Jou a great hotel to stay at is the exceptional service from the staff. Princess and Keisha are two staff members who are outstanding. I have traveled the world and have visited many different hotels. The Bel Jou Hotel has the best customer service and staff that I have ever encountered. We are looking forward to our next visit."

"This resort is the best on the island! We are so thankful and grateful to spend our honeymoon here. The staff are so sweet and genuine, the owners love and have passion for their place. The rooms are so breathtaking, you will be in awe every day. The food was incredible and Dasheen and the Jako Cafe. Book here if you can! "
