"Pros-The house is in a great location for going to games at Mississippi State. It’s in a quiet area if you’re looking to just relax, but we spent most of our stay out of the house. Everything was clean and neat. The house is stocked well with all the kitchen essentials, linens, etc. The host checked in with us during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything else which was thoughtful. Check in/out was simple and you can’t beat the price for game day weekends.Cons-The house is older and has some damage to the doors. The primary suite door didn’t latch and that bed was uncomfortable. Overall, I would definitely stay again, but I would bring a mattress topper!"

"Cute little place. Worked great for parents weekend. Within 15 minutes of our son at the university and within a few minutes of gas station and restaurants. Host was very communicative. Area is very quiet. We would definitely stay again. "

"We loved this house. My son and I stayed here for the weekend while attending a football game. We loved that it was a quiet, peaceful property a bit outside of town but certainly close enough that you could get to town in 10 minutes or less. The house had everything you need; nice, comfortable bedding and furniture, tv's in every room, plenty of towels, and everything you'd need in the kitchen. We also loved the awesome covered porch. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone!"
