The location of the place is amazing, close to the markets, food establishments, spas, and the river. My family loves the spacious rooms. But what I love about this place are the staff. They have been very helpful to me since I arrived and gave me great recommendations. Whatever is lacking in the place (which I didn't notice), the very good people working there are making up for it. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great experience with locals. It is not a 5-star hotel, but they have 10-star people working on this one.

The Oriental Jade, Hanoi was a truly exceptional hotel. The location was literally perfect, the room was nice and big and the hotel staff were simply outstanding. A delightful experience and a A+++ rating in my opinion.

First of all the staff in here were amazing. Their customer service are top notch. We went to 5 different cities and stayed in various hotel. Their service was above and beyond. The moment you walked they will greet you with a smile and they always have someone ready by the door to help you open the door or bring your stuff. Each time you get out of the elevator they will greet you as well. Their location is also great! Small issue, the housekeeping can do better job on mopping the floor. On our fourth night we also found some spider on the bed. Breakfast was great and staff also very helpful. We also enjoyed their swimming pool.
