"Tolles Hotel. Super Atmosphäre. Saubere Zimmer. Mitarbeiter freundlich. Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker, es wurde ständig nachgefüllt. Der Pool war toll, da das Wasser warm und sauber war. Man wird mit Handtüchern und Bademänteln ausgestattet. Auch das Essen und die Coctails in der Lobby war ausgezeichnet, sowie der freundliche Kellner. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."

On booking I requested the room which was shown in a photo and this was the one I got - unlike many other places I have stayed, here the room was almost better in real life than in the photo. Given the timing of the visit (January) this was really important because we spent a fair amount of time in the room when it was pouring with rain and 3 degrees. The bed was comfortable, the couch was also lovely and...

"Comfortable room in a property with a modern contemporary design, compared with the more retro kitsch town of Mielno.
Arrangements were easy to follow, even when we arrived late at night. The baby crib we requested was already in place when arrived.
The miscommunication was the need to pay town tourism tax in cash to the agent at the adjacent building.
There is a modern coffee shop and bistro on the property, but unfortunately doesnt open late to enjoy a summertime late sundowner. ...

"Værelset var rent og pænt.
Vi har været godt tilfreds.
Vi syntes dog at det var meget tydeligt at høre støj fra nabo værelset, der holdte fest... En af de nætter vi var der. Det må man nok forvente. "
