"This wonderful property truly had absolutely everything that a large family could possibly need to have an amazing time and create wonderful memories, and we certainly did just that. With the fantastic amenities including both a sparkling pool and a relaxing hot tub, the kids were able to have an absolute blast and enjoy themselves tremendously. The kitchen was impressively spacious and thoughtfully well equipped with all the necessary tools and appliances. Everything throughout the property was impeccably clean and genuinely well maintained to the highest standards. We really and truly enjoyed our time spent at River Road and would cherish those memories."

"Unbelievable location right on the water! Having direct lake access was incredible—we put our paddle boards in daily, and our dogs loved being able to swim right from the backyard. The fully fenced yard, outdoor TV, patio seating, and hot tub made relaxing outside so easy and comfortable. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and ready for a great stay. Highly recommend!"

"Fantastic trip to Plain! My husband and I have been visiting the area for the past six years, and we absolutely love it. Jack’s Cabin is one we all agreed is worthy of rebooking for future trips.There were only a couple of minor things. We only found two wine glasses, so we made do with coffee cups for the rest of us. We also didn’t realize the second bedroom was a loft when we booked, but it wasn’t a big deal for our group.The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beautiful sandy beach, which ended up being one of our favorite parts of the stay. The hot tub wasn’t working our first night, but we called the maintenance team and they responded quickly and had it fixed right away, which we really appreciated.The dishwasher was a pleasant surprise—it’s not something you often find in cabins like this—and the air conditioning was an absolute bonus, especially during the warm weather.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book Jack’s Cabin again."
