Located in a small village above Klausen, Apartments Marialisa offer stunning mountain views and a peaceful setting for your holiday. The 48 m² apartment features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bathroom, and a covered panoramic balcony with impressive, unobstructed mountain views. The apartment is on the top floor and faces west. Additional amenities include a free covered parking space, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, satellite and cable TV, and a selection of books and brochures.



A shared outdoor area awaits you with a heated whirlpool (open May to end of October), sun loungers, garden, terrace, table tennis, foosball, relaxation area, lounge, barbecue, and outdoor shower.



The apartment is in the center of the small village of Gufidaun, in the heart of South Tyrol. Restaurants, a pizzeria, and a supermarket are just 2 minutes away on foot. The property is in the Eisack Valley, on a small hill between Bolzano and Brixen, at the entrance to Val Gardena and Val di Funes, close to the Dolomites.



Your dog is also welcome. There is a ski storage room, as well as space for motorcycles and bicycles.

Soggiorno meraviglioso in una casa bella, nuova, pulita e accessoriata

Pros: L'appartamento Tulpe. Una vista stupenda sulle montagne e sul cielo sopra Gudon. Casa confortevole e dotata di tutto ciò che può essere necessario. Arredata in legno pratica e funzionale. Bagno super così come il balcone e il giardino comune con dondolo, tavolini, divanetti, ping pong, tappeto elastico per bambini e vasca idromassaggio; il tutto nella cornice di fiori e piante curate. Angelika e Marialisa gentili e disponibili, sempre attente al benessere degli ospiti. Angelika fornisce informazioni molto utili. Esiste una bacheca con varie info e dettagli su eventi, meteo, cose da sapere... Sentirsi a casa pur non essendo nella propria. Grazie!

Geweldig appartement op een hele mooie locatie

Pros: Echt een aanrader dit appartement! Een hele vriendelijke gastvrouw, keurig compleet appartement met heerlijke bedden. Een balkon met prachtig uitzicht! De locatie is perfect, restaurantjes en winkeltje dichtbij! Er zit ook nog een grote tuin bij voor de gasten waar je kan zitten of gebruik kan maken van ligstoelen of jacuzzi. Echt een aanrader!
