Die Unterkunft verfügt über zwei separate Schlafzimmer sowie zwei moderne Badezimmer, jeweils ausgestattet mit Dusche und WC, sodass auch größere Gruppen oder mehrere Paare bequem untergebracht werden können. Herzstück der Wohnung ist die geräumige Wohnküche, die vollständig ausgestattet ist und einen gemütlichen Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa umfasst – ideal zum Entspannen oder für zusätzliche Gäste.
