Big Cat Bungalows at The Haven

A brand-new unique property located in Chittenango NY, that features 8 individual bungalows adjoining tiger and lion enclosures for an incredible up close experience. As you step into your bungalow you are met with floor-to-ceiling glass walls as the only barrier between you and our pride of lions or tiger duo. Regardless if you are lounging in front of the fireplace, resting in bed or making your morning coffee, you are only a step away from these magnificent animals.

Each bungalow has its own outdoor patio fully equipped with a fire pit & lounge chairs. Enjoy the open night sky after the cats head into their dens to sleep for the night. The modern interior boasts high-end appliances, fixtures and amenities making your stay a true luxury escape.

Spacious suites include 1 king bed and a futon bed.
All suites come with a fireplace and smart TV for relaxing evenings indoors.
Full kitchenettes with dishware and Keurig coffee stations.
Private bathrooms equipped with luxury amenities.
*NO PETS- For the safety of our resident animals, pets are not allowed on the premises under any circumstances. This includes any service animals as well.

Occupancy: Each bungalow has a strict accommodation maximum policy of 4 adults, or 2 adults and 3 children per bungalow.
Visitors: Friends or family visitors are allowed at an additional fee of $20 per person. Visitors are only permitted during the day/evening and cannot stay overnight unless they book their own bungalow.

We are located just 20 minutes from Syracuse NY where you can find an array of dining options to suit every palate and preference.

Important Information to Know Before Booking:
*It is important to understand that it is not guaranteed the animals will be visible at all times during your stay. They are wild animals and are free to roam about their enclosures as they please; the enclosures are designed to be visible from all 4 bungalows, but they are also built large enough to provide ample space for our animals which means they may be out of view if they are in front of other bungalows. Please note the animals are not here for guest entertainment but to allow our guests to get an up close view into their lives to witness their unique personalities, social dynamics, and behaviors. Our goal at The Haven is for our guests to form deeper connections with and appreciation for these beautiful species while creating unforgettable memories with their loved ones.
*There will be a damage deposit of $200 pre-authorized the morning of your reservation check-in date; this is just a hold and will be released upon confirming no damages after your stay.
*Payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount refunded for any cancellations.
