The room was very humid, there wasn’t always someone at the front desk depending on the time, and we even got a call before checkout asking if we were leaving early. "Well...have a big infestation of cockroaches, the room was "clean" but when you turn off lights... is a big problem, the hallways are really dirty and smelly, is not a healthy place to be a hotel, really they need to fix this problem ASAP or city vome and make an inspection, personal was very kind but this is a big problem not personel problem"
