When wiping up some water the napkins was completely black. Gross.wear slippers. The bathroom ceiling starting to peel off. They were doing renovations in the room under me, which was hammering constantly in the morning, but the staff was wonderful and stopped their work so I could get some of my work done. They didn't start hammering again until a day and a half later when I left. "
