"The room had a couple of cleanliness issues,also looking out of our room window there was a great big container not great. Also breakfast was a bit of a let down,the size of my husband's full Welsh breakfast was smaller the 2nd morning,loads of mushrooms,2 halves of tomatoe on 2nd breakfast about 4 bits of mushrooms and 1 halves of tomato"

"I have stayed at this hotel many times with no issues, after the checking into our room we noticed the toilet would not flush, we reported it to reception and nothing was done for our two night stay we were constantly updating reception. We have to go down two floors to go to the toilet. Totally unacceptable."
