"Good location"

"Nice historic house with comfortable common rooms and a great location, close to downtown restaurants and a Walgreens open 24 hours. But my bedroom was so small I could not easily walk around, and the half-bathroom was also very small. Wes, the owner, welcomed me at check-in and has a warm personality. But breakfast was not offered, even though a Booking listing said breakfast was provided and the owner mentioned breakfast too. "

"We were in Buffalo to see the Lacrosse game at the Keybank Center. I was so relieved we could use their Shuttle service to get us within walking distance of the Arena! All the drivers were very nice. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was huge! The only reason this review isn't 5 stars were the beds were very soft. We would definitely stay here again"

"Everything about my stay was pleasant except for the water from the bathroom sink. It runs either extremely hot or cold and there’s really no middle ground. That could use improvement but otherwise I enjoyed my stay and would come back."

"We ordered a room, and paid for a specific room. The hotel was apparently going through “random renovations.” However, no one communicated with us and informed us of any change in our stay. We understand the issue with using a third party site. Although we used a third party site, the hotel staff was not only rude when explaining the situation, but they were unwilling to compensate us in any way shape or form. Moreover, we did not receive any form of communication from the hotel about the change in our room. The front desk did not notify us when we checked in, and our experience was not up to par. We will try to avoid most Marriott’s as the experience was negative. "

"Overall a very nice stay! Loved the ability to open the windows, helps you feel like you’re not in a stuffy hotel! The shower layout was very odd to say the least with no curtain and no door. I can see the vision where they thought the shower was deep enough to prevent water from going out of the shower but no…. It did not😂 the bottom of the bathroom door was peeling upwards from the constant moisture exposure and if you don’t lay a towel down right outside the shower the entire floor will be a puddle before the shower is over! Very convenient location with many things within walking distance! Would absolutely stay again if ever in the area again!"
