The resort is located in Sottomarina and borders directly on the famous historic town of Chioggia (also known as “Little Venice”). The resort features bungalows, mobile homes, and campsites. In addition to a large pool, there is also a children’s paddling pool. Playgrounds, entertainment, and a mini-club are also part of the offerings. The resort borders directly on a gently sloping sandy beach, making swimming in the pool and the sea a varied and enjoyable experience. Dogs are not permitted anywhere in the resort. The resort also features, among other things, a supermarket with fresh fruits and vegetables, a restaurant-pizzeria, a snack bar, a kiosk, and a bazaar—all the amenities you need for a perfect family holiday.<br>The holiday rental accommodates up to 4 people. It consists of two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and a children’s room with either two single beds or a bunk bed (a safety rail can be added at the time of booking if needed). The kitchen is integrated into the living area and well-equipped with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. The living area also features a satellite TV and air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, shower, and sink. Ground-floor apartments have a small garden with a table and chairs, while units on the first or second floor have a balcony with a table and chairs. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 3 hours. If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.<br>ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>BEACH<br>The holiday village is located directly adjacent to the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach and is also very well suited for families with small children. Recreational activities such as water aerobics, stretching exercises, and many other activities are offered. The beautiful and spacious playground is right next to the beach.<br>POOL<br>In addition to a large pool, there is also a children’s paddling pool with a small slide.<br>FAMILY-FRIENDLY<br>The resort is designed for families with children. A daily entertainment program for both younger (mini-club) and older children is available to guests. While games and sports activities (e.g., mini-volleyball, football, etc.) take centre stage for older children, parents of younger children can take advantage of a mini-club for their little ones. Evening entertainment and activity programs are also available.
