The property is underrated, from the rooms with outside showers, amenities and the game roaming around the property and lastly the trail within the property offers a great opportunity to walk or run for relaxation and reflection, we were pleasantly surprised by all of this. The only bad thing we noticed was the odour in the room at times, it smelled like blocked drain or sewage."

"Lagoon view did not exist, shrubs too tall to see the lagoon. Events the entire time resulting in noisy and rowdy fellow guests. Restaurant a la cart service cancelled due to rugby screening in the pub. Management need to audit their customer ecperiemce. Decor tired, needs a revamp and a serious coat of paint. I will never go back"
