"Everything we expected and needed! A clean, safe and comfortable motel at a comparatively good price. Included breakfast was very basic self-serve convenience food (cereal, oatmeal, English muffins, yogurt) but it’s the same sort of stuff I have at home so I was happy. A safe bet for a night’s rest on the road."

"The room I was in the floor was dirty and the stuff very unprofessional. The towels were dirty the good thing I had brought my own things like towels blankets pillows I didn't even get into the underneath the sheets because I didn't feel safe to do so. I was a single traveler just went out there for Mount Shasta experience. Next time I will get a Hotel on one of the resorts but those are expensive too"

"Indoor pool was supposed to be heated and was not. Continental breakfast was nothing special. Property was pretty rundown. Room key kept demagnetizing, heard someone say oh that happens all the time. * * room was very dirty. Dog hair on the floor as well as in the tub and on the chair.. took a handful dog hair to the front desk and they were nice enough to want to move us to a better room.. while at the front desk, some other lady came up and said her room was dirty. 😞"
