Staff was great. Clean. Beginning to show its age but to change it would destroy its character. Price was great. Great morning breakfast. Make sure to include it.

Awesome stay. Room was very clean and loved the balcony with all the plants overseeing the city. Also, nice touch will beautiful murals of local children who benefits from guests staying at the property. Location- Perfect. Walking distance from plenty off food options- try the Shucos from Shucos Los Mismos. Cool whiskey bar near by and conveniently a La Torre Supermarket for your grocery or personal hygiene needs. Gym/ Dumbbells up to 50lbs and a bench with some cardio machines. Enough for a good workout. Nice views of the city. Restaurant- didn’t try the food but nice ambience.

The Immaculada Hotel was a bit of a mixed bag for us. The highlight of the stay was the staff, they were extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Some features of the hotel were fun and interesting, although I was never quite sure of the vibe they were going for. The biggest disappointment was the room. I spend a lot of time researching hotels and really getting drawn in by design style. The pictures on Expedia and the hotel’s own website do *not* match the actual room. I will provide a picture of the room from our stay. It was very cold and empty and did not have any of the charm or character that the website photos provide. I think our very room may have been used for the photos, compare for yourself and just book at your own risk! Overall a nice stay in a fairly walkable area but really disappointed with the way the room ended up looking.
